Advance tickets for all films and events go on sale to Frameline Members
Friday, May 22
and the general public on
Friday, May 29
. Tickets will be available on our website 24 hours a day, via fax, or in person at the Frameline Festival Box Office Counter.

Ordering online is easy - just browse our website, find a film you want to see and from the film detail page, click the "buy tickets" button in the box with the date and time of the screening you wish to purchase. If you're a Frameline member, make sure to
login
to your account in order to get your member discount! Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.
Most tickets may be purchased on our website until
6pm the night before
showtime.
Frameline Festival Box Office Counter
Located within Superstar Satellite, 474 Castro Street. Get your tickets, passes, and festival t-shirts! Walk-up hours at the Festival Box Office Counter are 1:00 pm–8:00 pm daily. The Festival Box Office Counter will be closed Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, personal checks and cash are accepted.

All tickets and passes with the exception of voucher redemption may be purchased by fax with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express during regular Box Office hours.
Ticket Delivery Via Mail
Tickets and/or passes purchased online or by fax will automatically be mailed within three business days. NOTE: Orders received on or after June 8 will automatically be placed at Will Call.
Will Call
If you have tickets being held at Will Call, please pick them up at the Will Call desk at the theater where your screening is taking place ONLY on the day of the screening. Will Call is open beginning thirty minutes prior to the first screening of the day at each theater. If you miss the first screening for which you have Will Call tickets, your Will Call tickets will be held at the theater where your next screening is taking place (and so on). Only the person listed on the ticket order will be allowed to pick up Will Call tickets (valid photo ID required).

Day-of-Show Tickets
CASH ONLY! Theater box offices open 30 minutes prior to the first screening of the day, and close 15 minutes after the last screening begins. If day-of-show tickets are no longer available, rush tickets may be purchased, subject to availability. No discounted day-of-show tickets. Seating is only guaranteed until 20 minutes prior to screening. No late seating.
Rush Tickets
When advance tickets are sold out, a limited number of rush tickets may be available at the door. Rush tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on how many seats are available after passholders and advance ticket-holders are admitted. Rush tickets are normally sold 5 to 10 minutes prior to the screening. The Rush Line may start anywhere from 15 minutes to one hour before the screening.
